The IndustryPulse desktop application operates entirely on the licensee's local hardware. The application does not transmit operational data to IndustryPulse or any third party.

The application may connect to public external data sources (FRED, FMCSA, NOAA, and similar) to retrieve publicly available economic and regulatory benchmarks. These connections do not transmit any licensee data — they retrieve public data only.
If you have opted into the crash reporting feature, anonymized crash reports may be transmitted to our crash reporting service. Crash reports are scrubbed of all potentially identifying information before transmission. This feature is opt-in and can be disabled at any time in application settings.

Website contact form submissions are transmitted via HTTPS. Email correspondence is subject to standard email security practices.
The IndustryPulse application stores all local data using encrypted storage on your hardware. License keys and API credentials are stored using Windows safeStorage (DPAPI encryption). We recommend that licensees apply appropriate access controls to the hardware on which IndustryPulse is installed.
Contact form submissions and email correspondence are retained for as long as necessary to manage the business relationship and comply with legal obligations. If you request deletion of your contact information, we will honor that request within 30 days except where retention is required by law.

CommunityPulse is provided to tribal nations under a Data Sovereignty Gift Agreement. That agreement governs the relationship between IndustryPulse and the tribal nation with respect to all data generated by the CommunityPulse installation. The terms of that agreement supersede this privacy policy with respect to tribal community data.
In all cases, tribal community data remains on tribal servers, subject to tribal governance policies and tribal law. IndustryPulse acknowledges tribal sovereignty over all data entered and generated by CommunityPulse installations.
This website and the IndustryPulse application are intended for use by organizational decision-makers and are not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to existing licensees by email. The effective date at the top of this page reflects when the current version took effect.
